Do you understand the meaning of the title?
It says, "The Coming of Megaman". As in 'this is how Megaman came to BE'. This animation has nothing to with what I expected it to. But that's okay.
The idea was cute. "Wait, you're not supposed to move... I" BOOM! Points to that.
Really cute. But then it becomes repetitive. Points off.
Overall it was pretty slow and still lacking... Pretty much everything.
