I think this is funny, but I'd cut out the Cat in the Hat logo with the dick in the beginning, it gives the joke away. You might want to end it a little quicker too. Nice job though!

That was really fucking funny. Completely caught me off guard. I didn't bother to look at the rating (I never do) so at first I was like "Ooh, an homage to Dr. Seuss... Nice. About time someone made one." But then nooooo.
Of course, it wasn't enough to have a man with a dick like a broomstick receiving fellatio from a marine organism. You HAD to have him sporting a decidedly phallic Cat In The Hat style hat. And THAT, my friends, is comic genius.
