Bad voices: wait till you grow up a little before attempting that again. Eugh.
Bad animation: the only reason why they, "couldnt render his body" is because you're a lazy animator. Or you suck.
bad sound effects: Too obvious it was just you screaming into the mike or making wierd noises.
Music, ok: Only good because it came off a soundtrack, or kazaa. If it were midis, I would vote Zero on every aspect of thhis movie.
It sucked so mush it was funny though...

The concept for the movie was good. But the voice was incredibly shitty. It would have been better for you just to put in text for the voices.

As an original MGS story, it's not bad....
But you're going to have to work on a few things. First off, try to refine more of the storyline for it. You've got quite an idea for making a story using existing MGS characters such as Solid Snake and Otacon, especially when you decided to come up with an original title for it "Tactical - Thought - Exercises: Metal Gear Solid". With a bit more work fleshing out the storyline, you just might have a great thing on your hands. The artwork wasn't that bad actually. I liked your idea on 'rendering' Solid Snake in the VR Mission computer. Pretty good imagination on that part. Now the pacing of the movie as well as the voice acting was where the majority of problems began. I know that it's very difficult to mimic David Hayter's voice performance as "Solid Snake" so perhaps in the future, you could possibly have someone else do the Solid Snake voice for you. Otacon's voice was alright but overall, the audio should be turned down a bit to keep the distortion level at a good rate instead of making the voices sound 'tunneled'. Also, Solid Snake really doesn't use swear that much, so you might also want to cut back on some of the unnecessary profanity because it kind of detracts the MGS Fans' 'vision' of how Solid Snake would really act. Work out those details, clear up and show the audience more of the storyline and I'm sure you'll end up getting a higher score than what it's currently at. I'm actually surprised that this got such a low score. Honestly, I wouldn't put this at any score below 2.30 because I can tell you put a lot of work into it and it certainly is a lot better than some of the other MGS related crap flash that's on NG.

also it isnt otacon snake didnt know him yet this takes place between the first two games
about what you said about the swearing: me and my freind figured that in reality snake probably would swear more than he does in the games but doesnt to keep the esrb rating down and the swearing we figure makes him seem more badass

Lip sync was nonexistent, sound quality was awful, animation was poor, graphics were sub standard, and plot was incomprehensible. In short: this is crap.
the lip sync was bad because in the intrest of keeping it simple i only had two talking frames for each character
the sound wasnt that bad but it could have been better i know thats not my fault, my mic it older that i am
how were the graphics sub standard? from what gets great revews on the portal these days i can assume that the standard is somewhere between strobing a copyed and pasted image of strawberry clock and stick figures fucking walls
as for the plot this is a trailer dumbass
