It's nice to see that you can have a decent flash without violence, swearing, and nudity. The movie seemed...slow (tortoise-pace I suppose?) You might need to make it busier with more jokes and things. It was well animated, but when things fell, they dropped too slowly. I thought it was pretty good all things considered.
Also, what's with the different colored eyes?

Listen, you've obviously got quite a bit of skill with the ol' paint tool, but you gotta work on a few things first before you can be a truly great animator. First, if you're not gonna use nudity, violence, or swearing, you're gonna have to 'funny up' a bit. It takes a LOT of effort and planning to make something funny and entertaining the hard way. I did chuckle a couple of times, so overall it was an okay animation. It just needs a bit of improvement.
