Creepy loop, in a good way
This loop is nice. It's creepy, if you submitted this in Halloween time, it would gain more popularity. Although, some sounds were way higher than the others, so you should balance them so we can hear all of them.
You can also add some more sounds or instruments. I couldn't listen to many variations on the sounds, just a few ones. Nice first atempt, keep up.

Very 8-Bit
Reminds me of retro games which are based in dungeons. I quite like it - the sounds are meant to be creepy, even if they aren't as subtle as is needed for that to sound perfect.
If you're going to go slightly further and make an ambient loop, you need to make it about another 3-4 minutes long, make it more suspenseful and possibly add something like rolling thunder, for the classic horror gambit :P

Eh...
I don't want to sound insulting but this is very bad for the following reasons
1. Sounds where awful
2. Some sounds would be WAY to loud. If I would of had a high volume my ears would be hurting very much.
I recommend you fix up the volume of the sounds and make better sounds. Nice job on the loop

Not nice for the ears and repetitive
Sorry dude, but I didn't like this song. I'll just sum everything up...
Pros:
+ This is reasonable for an 8 bit and you're a bit limited, so thumbs up for that!
+The curch/piano thing sounded good for an 8bit
Cons:
- Music was dull and repetitve, put a twist in it
- I didn't like the instruments, that low buzzing thing was making me crazy, choose a better instrument
- The cresendo of the humming thing was interfering a lot with the rest of the audio
Overall:
This needes some mayor improvement, even though it's an 8bit. Try using better instruments. Take the cresendo away and make it less repetitive.

A nice simple background mix. Great combination of different sound effects, varied and mysterious, would fit perfectly as background in some creepy flash, great stuff, keep it up!
