Reviews for "Omel"

Well dude, I enjoyed it, but...

What the fuck does it mean?? Seriously, it was awesome animation and I enjoyed it, but it was really weird and creepy. I loved the Prom Kings too!!!

I thought it was pretty good.

Makes absolutely no sense, but I still think you did alright. The animation is quite smooth. That music is utterly horrid, but it fits the animation! :P

Nice to look at

It was a very nice piece to look at visually and the music choice gave it a nice tone to match the graphics. The sound length didn't match the visuals, ending right before the movie did. The end didn't seem to have all the effect it should have had as a result. (either that or I'm misinterpreting your choice for slience).

for some strage reason i liked this

good job. although every thing else was sub par the overall feel of this movie blew me away. i wouldn't call it a wonderfully animated flash, i would call it a wonderfully original flash. it almost like you cut out pieces of paper and then single framed it. liked the music, it very well with the piece and had the same out of this world feel. normally i might count off for the low graphics but i know what you can do with the S.A.M.V. so i won't. any way good job. and ill be looking for more of your work.

a good experiment in non-linear everything

I really liked the texture of this, like a stop-motion anim on watercolor collage, so I'm impressed that it came through Flash. Actually, what I'm really impressed with is the variety of humanoid figures you made without feshing them out - I love the one that is essentially two rectangles swinging across a gray lanscape with two hangmen in the background. But what's with the line of text about 30 seconds in (something something stop evade)? It's a begging question in an otherwise really nicely done abstract. The music sounds a bit like a lost Zelda level, could be less repetitive. I liked the minors, though. Good job, interesting.
