Dang to me it seems....
Like the author was on crack when making this.
First, the main part of the movies was probably the same 5-10 frames copied over and over, with a soundtrack added in, and then that annoying unnamed dude kept mumbling on about nothing in particular.
If there would maybe have been more locations, funny jokes and/or scary scenery/animations, then it would have gotten a higher rating.
I was shocked to watch this dude sit here for like 1 minute just picking his name. The funniest scene was joe on crack, and when joe "played" the recording and unnamed cried and sang.
The rest was a bit stale, but then again, I gave the demented cartoon movie by brian kendall a 7, but only since it had many different scenes, even though they were basically the same events happening over and over again, they made it look interesting by mixing it up a bit once in a while.
I hope you improve, otherwise i'll find other authors to give deservingly high ratings to.
