Only one thing. The mini boss is from Sonic and Knuckles (or Sonic 3 and Knuckles)
NOT Sonic 3 alone. It has never been in Sonic 3. Not even the beta.

I have noticed quite a few of your songs are slower than their counterparts. Do you do this on purpose? Or were there emotions tied to the process of creating the songs?

As a hardcore sonic fan, all I can say is this was great. The only flaw is as the last guy said, the first transition. Other than that, it's perfect. My favorite music from the retro sonic games was the boss music by far, and you made me almost cry with this one.

This compilation truly honors the fun, fast-paced sonic bosses from the past. The transitions between songs are executed perfectly, especially around 1:21.
The buildup from :30 to :54 seemed to go on for a bit too long but the overall excellence of the song more than makes up for any minor flaws.
