First a bit of logic, if the year is 2099, how could there be 1000 Saijins? Each one born would have to have at least 10 kids each.
As for the animation:
1) get a better story
2) get a better artist
3) get your own concept

Um, no. The DBGT story ends with Vegeta, Trunks, Goten, Gohan, Pan. The DBGT story ends in the year 789 AD. Thats more than enough time for saiyans to reproduce exponentially to make 1000. I did the math.
I hate to disappoint yea buuuuuuuuuuut......
1 major thing is that in the japanese version is the fact that the DBZ story time frame is in the year 3000 dumbass. 2 Art work needs help make up your own stuff, and 3 if you can dont use shit from pics,gifs and clips not sayin you did ,but just in cause your planin on it "DON'T!!!"
P.S. trust me I can tell when somebody is steal stuff and it looked like you used some of that stuff
