I like the coloring, detail and how you portrayed the depth, but as stated before, the hands do look rushed.

While this thing is nicely drawn and everything,I just don't think the hands fit to a snorkel. I mean,they are so light and slender, you could imagine him playing the piano in the bar in the watchers keep.
Suprisingly however, snorkels rarely ever play the piano (no to speak of playingi t for Stalkers), but rather prefer to rip your face into small,edible stripes and growling like a legend of Death Metal while doing so.
His hand should therefore look a bit more...clawy and his skin could be a bit more rotten too,especially at the arms.

I just drew it from the picture.
And I rushed the hands, so that's why they don't fit.
But enough excuses! I will take that into consideration the next time I draw a Snork c:
