That was certainly some nice playing there man. Since you send me the original I can compare them and I have to say, damn fine. Pretty boob on to the original. I have to say, I like the blend with the original "feel". I guess you programmed the synths on your own as well. ;)
At 2:07 it gets kinda strange. Did you record that part on another day? Because the guitars sound a bit different than before. A bit lifeless to say it that way. Will you add some sweeps as well in the final? Curious, since they would fit.
Anyways, overall...I like this one a lot so far. :D
