To me I don't think you achieved the physical 'depth' in the scene that you seemed to be aiming for; that is instead of the ground looking like a floor full of meat juices with mounds of thousands of bodies sat in it that stretches away into the background, it looks more like one live Meat Boy stood one just one mound of central bodies, with an inexplicable parabolic heap of corpses in the foreground and nothing else definable. The raggedy piles in the background are extremely faint and it makes them look more like very throwaway non-explicit detail than something actually part of the background design, if you only take a quick glance at the image you can't see them at all. It's an unsatisfying effect from that perspective.
