Looking at an anatomy book definitely helped, nice proportions overall. Good use of time for only 5 hours of work too. The ONLY gripe is that I wish there was some background detail, but maybe thats not what you were going for, and thats alright.
one suggestion though. If your going to do more street fighter characters might i recommend Zangief? The portal needs more bear-wrestling Russian guys. lol

I like the solution you came up with for his eyes. Using the light blue isnt something i woulda thought would work but it does. Im digging the pose, i think his hand in the back looks a little too unresolved. Thatd be my only gripe.
Nice Job, Some Nitpicks
I think his face looks really great, but his body looks a little funny to me.
His back arm seems odd. Either that shoulder is too big or you need to show some of his upper arm, his body shouldn't hide it completely in this case I think.
Also the front leg looks as if its extended (which would just be silly). Bring it up a bit. The knee should come into view and make it obvious that its bent and hes on the ground.

Positive feedback: I enjoy the style and textures you did with this picture. The lighting and shadows are spot on. very well done
The other stuff: Wish you did a little bit of something for a background instead of straight white. That my just be a personal preference thing though. Only other downer is that his pecks kinda look like C-cups compared to the rest of his torso.
overall: a very well piece of art. Keep up the good work mate!
