Gods... I respect people's right to hold their own opinions, and I agree Bush Jr. isn't the best thing to ever happen to our country, but I'd much rather have him then Kerry, Gore, or any of those other would-be socialists/communists on the left. I do have my problems with Bush- he's against stem-cell research, against gay marriage (and just to let any potential trolls know, I'm a straight man, living with a straight girl who he is very much in love with), I'm not particularly fond of his decision about the Kyoto Accord, I'm extremely unhappy with No Child Left Behind, and I'm in limbo about the "weapons of mass distruction" in Iraq bit, but I'm very much of the mind that our occupation there is justified, because Sadam was an active threat to this country and a despot who came to power with the help of the US, but with his removal, Iraq is now free. As for Drilling Alaska, the threat to the environment is indeed minimal, and the proposal was made not to make money, but to lessen our dependence on foreign oil. Finally, please drop the "nuculer" bit. Just because the man has a few eccentricities in his dialect doesn't mean he's not smart enough to earn a Harvard degree. Hell, Carter said "nuculer" and he had a degree in nuclear engineering. And if anything, it's the one's constantly bringing the "nuculer" bit up that would be at fault for "corrupting" the children of America.
well, there it is. As far as i can tell, you're nothging but a left-wing yuppie. i just hope you won't mind having "from each according to his ability, to each according to his need" in an ammendment to the constitution on the day conservative values die in this country.
