my knees...

oh, my knees...they hurt so much from me always falling so hard on them when i hear your works. my back is gettin kinda sore from bowing to your might, but I cant really complain. The music soothes the pain ever so quickly XD

I wasn't expecting an accordion in there, but regardless it was very nice. I love your percussion sounds!!! And is that E/W choir i hear in there? if so i envy you. I still want to get my hands on that.

Anywho, another brilliant piece by the maestro. You never fail to produce high-quality music!!!

Utmost respect and total admiration are yours from me.

MaestroRage responds:

You should consider getting pillows strapped to your knees, failing that, make your entire house out of marshmellows. This way even if you should fall, you'll fall on deliciousness, and all your troubles will vanish.

<3

EW Choirs is the background choirs, the vox in the middle, soloist in this case, is from East West Voices of Passion, but I sent that back as it was very largely useless, and not worth 500 dollars at all in any way.

Thank you kindly for the support TT, I truly appreciate it! Thank you again for the review, i'm glad you liked it!

Sir...

are you nuts? Shame on you for doing such a shitty piece. It lacks of everything...even Rule 10. I'm very dissapointed in you! >:(

Hmm...but that's the usual with you. Now the unusual is this song. It combines a lot of classical and even some...caribbean elements? You even included a harp pattern near the end. An interesting but not unusual mix from you.

As expected the soundquality is nothing to talk about here my good sir. A nice flow goes on with the hole song. The only minor let-down is the vox in the middle but I think the "500" dollars for a real singer (lol) will benefit this track even more. ;)

Overall...not much to say about it. It's a kick ass job as usual my fiend...eeh, friend. >:(

Btw. you might consider checking my newest piece. You should remember that you participated in it. Just couldn't give ya credit. Stupid no0b used it for a crappy flash before I could even write some lines down with the new feature.

Anyways, le 5'd. :(

MaestroRage responds:

But I was rule 10'ing ALL the time when I was making it!!!! I WAS RULE 10'ING X'(!!!!

Your disappointment cuts through me harsher then butter and cereal.

Yeah I know, the 500 dollars, biggest waste of life ever. I should update this song without that horrible vox... gawd every time I think about how excited I was to get it, it breaks my heart man. Luckily I got rid of that for Ministry of Rock! Thats going to be much better :D! And with that help I can collab with you a lot more, as it lets me do some guitar work, and show you my ideas much better.

I'll check out the newest piece post haste, and I don't mind, helping you was more then enough for me :D!

Thank you for the review, i'm glad you liked it!

adventurous

i imagine a battalion of soldiers struggling over mountains hills and through canyons on there way to a battle field where there destiny will be decided . . . .amzing song just like al the music you put out (oh and i just resently added all your music to my ipod your cool wit dat right) 10/10 5/5

MaestroRage responds:

Of course ebunnie, I hope the songs are able to entertain you for many hours still :D! I can see the battle field as well, those deep booms with the brass I believe is where the image is invoked. At least thats where I envision the battlefield.

Thank you for the review ebunnie, i'm glad you liked it!

Good lord, good enough?

Why arn't you part of a label? This is a little break from your usual though. It's much brighter then a lot of your songs. It's also longer (that just shows you've been working on it forever.) There's something about this that reminds me more of the Middle East than anything. Although, near the middle, there's something almost sorrowful in it.
I'm thinking of a harrowing journey through a desert. The person (or small party) is overwhelmed with the hope og getting to safety. But about in the middle, their hope is dying. Then, via deus ex machina method, are given an encouraging boost of hope. The party/person gets up, and fades into the distance.

MaestroRage responds:

Hey bucky!

I'm glad you think i'm label worthy, but I don't think myself quite at that level, and even if I were, being part of a label means i'd have to stop posting here on Newgrounds. I've never wanted to share my stories for money and so I will remain here for however long I can.

The story and premise you have felt are quite accurate. The middle has vibes of sorrow, energy, and a deep life which resonates in the spirits *at least in the story I wrote out for it*. Your story conveys these emotions and aspects well, thanks for sharing!

And again for the review, i'm glad you liked it!

Marvelous...

I see wise men around a campfire. Their men asleep in tents as these wise men are not talking of worldy matters, but instead of the happiness they've experienced through their lives. They decide to dance about the campfire.

This song has given me so many ideas now for a nice little story to put together, (too long to fit here in fact). I leave you with a quote from the movie Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory as said by Gene Wilder...

A little nonsense now and then is relished by the wisest men.

MaestroRage responds:

It is an interesting idea TGO :D! That these memories would be so strong, so revered by would dance without restraint. Truly it becomes an unseen dance!

The quote is also very fitting, thanks for sharing it! And again for the review, i'm glad you liked it!
