This is not flash this is just a person with a camera(badly filmed).
And this person is just filming two cats playing.
I gave it a one only because the cat that are lightest in coulor looks like a copy of one of my cats.(Not the black one)

Why do people keep submitting this stuff to NG?
Why do people keep submitting this stuff to Newgrounds? The only Flash in there is some sunglasses, text, music and a small silver circle with more text. IT'S NOT FLASH. EVERYBODY, STOP SUBMITTING VIDEOS.
I can't deny, if you saw this sort of stuff walking down the street it's hilarious, but we can't judge a "Flash" (note the inverted commas) that way.

Just two cats "fighting"? They weren't even fighting, they were playing! And the "bullet time" sequences were frequent and short. Adding the whole Matrix concept was completely useless as well. I can't say I liked it at all
