As kwing was saying before me, you really can see the progression of skill throughout this series. But not just in terms of the animation, also in terms of the story telling ability as well as the voice acting. After many many years, I can't wait to FINALLY see how this whole story comes to a conclusion.
It's really incredible how much the series progresses. By now you've mastered lighting effects and even some 3D shots, and the strange angles only serve to intensify the animation. The story-based narrative makes this seem almost like a spiritual prequel to the Castle series. Absolutely terrific.
This was probably the best up in the series until now - especially considering it included all of the backstory between the two characters. I was impressed, even though it was stick figures; however, I'm surprised a sixth in the series never made it to Newgrounds.
