To get to NG BBS regular status (as you call it), there are no special qualifications, only a few:
- to be appreciated, loved and cherrished.
- to post a lot, have a high amount of posting.
- to be respected.
That being said, there are many other stuff. By the way, WHY am I telling you all this ???!!!

Well, that was quite... something... Oh well, I still liked it nonetheless. You should have made a story about it though. All it was were a bunch of BBS user screenshots with little arms and legs drawn on them. You know, if all the BBS regulars didn't vote 5's on this, it probably would've been blammed. It was funny though, but for all the wrong reasons. Just put me in the sequel and all will be forgiven... Hehehe...

I'll give you mad props for including the BBS in flash but the sad thing is, this will never get that high of a rating since half the users that come to NG have no idea that there is a BBS and they have no idea what in the hell it is. Kudos to you and good luck.
Well... Maybe you're right about including the BBS in it was a bad idea. But at first, it wasn't meant to be a "blockbuster" or whatever, just a bit of fun with some friends.
And I never expected my movie to get a hight rating too, I know it's not brilliant. But what do you want ... There's a beginning to everything, isn't it ?
