Funny I had the same problem...
I authored this Flash at 30 fps but when I uploaded it and checked it in my browser it kinda ran slow for me too..
I think it's a problem related to Internet Explorer or the Flash plugin for it... sorry.
The only thing I didn't like...
Is the loud fucking buzzing noise like they do for those emergency broadcast system checks. Please take that out, it hurt my ears. :) other than that, It was funny.
