Reviews for "Walk of the Mammoths"

This is just crazy

I'd really love to know where you started on this... i just couldn't figure it out... Kinda guessing the guy with the pipe though. What I love about this type of art is simply how its got so much happening that you could lose yourself in it, great job.

On the left, there's this big goat head. Take the left hand path, meaning look in to it's left eye. There you can see this number one (or atleast barely see, this is quite small in pixels so the details blur, and I don't have the irl version anymore to scan it again). That is where I started, and this is true, propably the only work I*ve ever marked way like that.

Detailed much?

I love how you can look at any part of this image and it may appear to be an obscure curly bit, but then you follow it and realise it's a horn, or a limb, or the straggly leg of a smoke-horse-thing. I wish I had the patience to produce pieces with such rich detail in them. Reminds me of a mythological version of Giger almost. Keep up the awesome work :)

Jakubias responds:

Thank you really much!

Dude :D

I fucking love your paintings *Q*

Jakubias responds:

Actually, (time to be a geek) they are drawings. But thanks anyway!

I sir am a fan.

Wow man your stuff is intense. Love your style, love the intricate details. Must take forever to complete. Well I was kinda thinking of asking for permission to get some of your stuff tattooed.. Your drawings make me sad my arms are already taken.. My back is bare though, a full jakubias back piece would be epic. Anyways awesome stuff, plz post more even if its just doodles. :)

Jakubias responds:

You have my full permission, just send me a photo afterwards!
