This is my favorite song in all of DCK2 even though waht Toxic Empire was right about how Brawl's version is totaly off the scale better than this it is all so probably harder to remix I hope that you continue to bring out great music (remixes) such as this :)

I absolutely love this track from Donkey Kong Country 2. It's definitely one of my favorites, and you did a good job remixing it. I do have a few pointers to make, however.
From the way it sounds, you tried to somewhat replicate the synths that were used in the original version, but the problem is that most of your synths were not well-defined, in my opinion. What I am meaning to say is that they aren't clearly heard, and their ends can get just a bit washed up in the background.
The entire set of percussions came in all too abruptly. The bassline changed quickly as well, and it seemed to mess up the flow of the track. I loved the bassline before and the bassline after, but this transition was extremely short when it could have been slightly longer, smoother, and better! I also think the percussion could have been stepped up just a little bit.
Other than these points I've made, I think you have an amazing remix. I'm definitely going to have to send out a remix of this track at some point in time.

very smooth. you kept it clean and still original while making it your own. also what you were saying about ssbb yea some of their songs are bad when they remade them the dark world song is my favorite and then ssbb destroyed it i almost cried *not really * yea i like this song though

It's been said before, yes Brawl's is better, but this sounds MUCH more like the classic version, which is great, in my book. Anyway... nice one. xD
