Let's hear it for GOOOOOOD HYGIENE!
HA HA HA! To anyone who hasn't watched it yet: if you've actually had the painful pleasure of watching one of those old government-sponsored films on health and hygiene, you'll find this movie hits well within the parameters it works with. To the author: the rainbow vest was a nice touch. Sounds ot me that STEVEN has a touch of OBSESSIVE COMPULSIVE DISORDER (OCD). Come on, wearing a hair net to go to bed? Ffsh. What a fruit.
To add to the authenticity of the piece, however, I think you should have included the phrase "so, unless you want to be like lice-covered Lucas here, wash your hands; brush your teeth; and always remember to be a goooood citizen and say your prayers to your preferrably Christian God. Because cleanliness starts from the INSIDE!"

The drawings were good and it was fairly funny. Having a voice over would have been great. Like one of those cheesy 1950s public service announcements
