Reviews for "A Skate Movie: Part Two"

Pretty good

kinda gets comfusing where the skate goes sometimes, but otherwise the frame by frame animation is awsome.

Scribbler responds:

Thank you for the positive feedback and, yes, you are right about the skateboard. The reason being is because, at the time, when I made this movie, I was totally unfamiliar with the "onion-skin" tool. Thank you for the support.

frame by frame is the key.

im a big fan of frame by frame, infact, i personally use this stlye of animation the most. good job doin frame by frame, we gotta keep this animation style alive, cause it always looks very fluid in the end. good job man. check out my movie some time, ill bet u like it.

Scribbler responds:

Thank you for the positive feed back. I am aware that frame by frame animation is one of the best ways to present animation even though this movie was made the VERY first day I got Flash MX. I made it all in 12 frames per second... Hard to believe it looks so fluid though. All I wanted to do was have a movie on Newgrounds and I didn't care what is was, as long as I had one on Newgrounds. Now, I care more, and my current skill has surpassed the skill found in this movie by far. I am glad that you enjoyed it.

nice nice

do you use frame by frame or motion tween?

mabey we can chat on msn or aim. im just starting to learn to...

Scribbler responds:

Well, for this movie, everything was done using frame by frame animation. I try to limit my use of motion tweening to the maximum. It was while I was still learning how to animate and it was all done in a stunning 12 FPS!! :P About chatting on MSN or AIM, yeah, maybe, we shall see. :D Thanks for the review.

Sweet! You made it wacky!

LOLz

Yeah, the wackiness really made it a LOT better.

Unfortunately, the stick figure was still there and was so small that it was hard to see, like the first one, so I cannot change the graphics score. At the very least make the guy bigger, although I can understand why he was so small.

I dont know how long you spend on making these, but if you can make the drawings better by spending more time on it, do that instead. Your score will be much better!

Anyway, I gave you a 5 so you are protected. I dont know if my minimal protection points will help much though.

Scribbler responds:

Thank yo ufor thinking that the wackiness made it better!!! I am sorry about the stick figure but that's just the way I draw my stick figures although i may try to improve in the final version. I am sure your minimal protection points will protect me!!

It's ok..

I think that you need to work on some real skateboard stunts and props..oh,do it in any form you may wish..be it sticks, actual figures or 3D..also put better, harder songs..but i still like it..i vote 3.

Scribbler responds:

Thank you for your review and vote but um, what do you mean by real skateboarding props??? I may use harder songs but do you mean songs like from Dope?
