Reviews for "Canon (Soft-trance remix)"

Love the bass..

The bassline you have going is great... I just wish there was more trance elements in here..

The classical stands out more than the trance part does, but it does go over very well regardless..

I have a remix of this too though, it's like the opposite though.. LOL.. it is in classical, and has more synth-type elements (Serenity if you want a look)

Anyways... back to the review.. the transition out of the intro sounded great.. but the percussion sounds a bit awkward through the beginning until it comes in steady in the later half of the intro.

Other than that.. maybe if you used some sort of trance saw for the melody.. I think that would be amazing here.

5/5, 9/10 -Echoz

I tried to keep the classical and make this song a classical song with a bit trance. Stay true to the original was importent I think.
Thanks!

Yeaya!

Good Remix. I suggest you listen to Minister's version of it. This and his would be FANTASTIC remixed together.

c-choirboy responds:

Thanks man! I tried to find this Minister user, but I didn't find anyone =(

This is really well done.

My only criticism is simply that it just cries for a bass of the cello line.

It just is missing something without it. Having heard the canon in pretty much every media ever made...That's bout it.

Otherwise, I love it. Completely love it. :D

c-choirboy responds:

Thanks.
Ok. I understand your point. Thanks for the tip.

A memorable song.

I've heard of this song when I was small, I can always remember it and when I heard this, and seeing that you remade it as you're own. I'm glad that someone has the knack of the old.

Thanks for this, mate.

Oldie Pachelbel smiles in heaven =)
Nothing wrong with old trax, I just love classic music.

im in the process of doing this

im doin this myself thx for inspiration on it
cant seem to get the timing right though
also do ou use fl8 or fl8 producer edition

c-choirboy responds:

I use FL Studio 8, but i'm not sure if it was the same version I used when I made this song. Could have used an older version of FL studios.
Yeah, the timing took some time for me to, but work hard and you will get it right!
Good Luck!
