If you want some ideas for clothes why not choose a three to four color based idea? Basically put a little bit of each color in the whole picture so lets say..red shoes black stop red gloves and black socks? A golden hair pin and golden stars on the black T-shirt and maybe a little golden buckle for the shoes. I'm not much for fashion either but I hope this helps. :3

Since her eyes are light blue and the shirt is light pink, I would make the skirt a lighter color, as well.
Colors
Make the shoes match the shirt, and get rid of the green in the plaid. Anthro-chipmunks are still creepy, but once you get over that it's a great piece of art.
