You did a very great job on this. The music, just as the theater you used, are fitting nicely. The theatre especially: It gives the whole movie a nice touch.
Also the story itself is a nice thing, although id have liked to see abit more of how the story ends. Does he take his wife and enter the new world? Or has he just vanished leaving his wife? In fact - I do not even know if the ending is a happy or a half dramatic half happy one. ;)
Truly Magnificent
It is very rarely I give out a 10, which goes to show just how rare and valuable this creation is. First and foremost the medium itself through the creator chose to tell the story is not only a first, but vital to the story. The music was something spectacular, and the overall affect simply one of a kind, most likely never to be matched again.

Beautifully, wonderfully done! The music from the Amelie soundtrack not only works with the animation, but the theme and the mood of the story as well!
Newgrounds needs more animations like these, because they're so hard to find.
