Not bad for your first Flash man
Okay, you said you wanted constructive criticism...so from one person who submitted his first project to another person who is working on his own first one, I feel I may or may not have the advice you need, but I'll try.
First, it's hard to critique on the art; Everybody has their own style and a lot of times verying art styles fit the submission. But I think in the future, looking at ways to better animate your character could increase the overall effectiveness of the scenery at hand. Techniques that could be of use include motion tweening and the transform/envelope tools. Make more frames of animation for the mouth, the eyes, incrementing the potential facial features.
Humor wise, you got it. It was funny, and I'm sure a lot of tech people just want to BREAK OUT and yell at their idiotic customers. Really no need for improvement there. The nude/porn scene was a bit much, but that's just me. It could or it could not affect the value of a scene.
Let's see...I think the final thing I would add would be some additional scenery, and clean up some of the line work so that it looks more "solid", more "ambiant". But the black room worked well for the tech guy.
Overall, great job for a first Flash submission, and I hope you submit work that improves on your style.
