I'm sorry, but this is really terrible. Perhaps if you had used proper characters instead of stick-people it would have been more enjoyable.

its not a bad vid and pritty good for ur first iv only ever made 1 vid in my life and irt got blammed in like an hour mine didnt even hav sound i giv it 6 outa 10 and for a first vid i giv it a 9 outa 10 keep up the good work get better and make some funny vids i suggest u use sprites if u cant get better animation a good tutorial for them is sprites done right search it or go for tutorials u can get sprite sheets off the internet like google just search for say dbz sprite sheets everyone loves a good sprite vid message me for ideas if u want and ill eventually come out with a not shit vid lol so i expect u to come out with another 1!!

Interesting way to conceptualize DragonBall... even funny... in my perspective it gives the message "DragonBall is a series in which you see guys practically mincing each other just for a ball until one of them dies..... or not".
You may improve the graphics indeed... for example maybe adding a typical "supersaiyan" hair to the charachters or so like in other DragonBall stick movies.
Anyway, all in all:
