For your first flash...
It was decent compared the the half-a-screen-green crap that used to be made... I'd recommend going for something a little more flashy with the "Will Zero defeat Dark Zero" and etc, but for a first attempt, ya did good....
Cut the song.
It took freaking forever to load. You need to cut it at the end of the scene. Also, you need a preloader, replay button and some kind of credits.

The graphics are nice. The sound is awsome. Only problem is that it is short. But it does have an interesting plot going on.
