I don´t believe the contrast is an issue in this picture, as it was clearly made on purpose. But I can´t really say much, since the picture now has some cyan outlines in it.

So far, I see no flaws in the anatomy, perspective, idea, and design. However, the shade of pink used for the background could have used more contrast from the figure. I found it hard on the eyes. If you are really that out of practice, you should study anatomy and perspective for a bit.
