This would have been funny in Gradeschool
... but a poorly done hick stereotype with a tremendously annoying voice doesn't really come off as fresh anymore.

Covers the bases.
It's heavy on dialouge which ranges from humorous to boring. The animation is in typical colorful form, and the small interactivity is appreciated. Pretty fun!
