Funny!
Dude, this was quite hilarious. I don't know why its funny, I suppose its the stupid mistake kind of thing you're really not supposed to laugh at, but do anyway. I liked it.
Some stuff to consider:
Your stick animation is....ok. The gradient head is nice, because its different. The thing you need to improve is the walking. He's walking like a Protoss Zealot with broken knees, and his hands don't move. It doesn't have to be perfect, just make it a little better.
You probably remember Crow Clock Shorts #03, and how it says that "Excessive cursing" was funny. Its not. It was funny in that particular instance, but all it really does is decrease your maturity value. I'm not saying cursing is bad, but don't make it every other word, especially if its in a clocked voice. Just tone it down a little. Make him seem more like a dumb, senseless, and naïve fool than an immature foul-mouth with no common sense.
Third, this is kind of a stupid thing, but most garbage disposals don't have blades that will sever limbs in them. A lot of people don't know that, but its still a little inaccurate. Its funny, though.
