You're damn straight I got inspiration from Hellsing cause dude, that was one of the best animes I've ever seen, next to Bebop ofcourse.
Hey, it looks like it might be okay...
I just wanted you to know something before you accuse me of plagiarism and stuff. My alias, "gunsage," is based off of a game that has been in development for about 5 years or so now that I am creating. It will be called "Gun Sage." True, it's not Gun Mage, but it's close. Just wanted to let you know. Anyway, this is an okay movie...I wish I knew more about it, though...it looks like it might be nice.

Actually I have never heard of GunSage, but I don't really care, I mean honestly, I'm getting a bit of flak from Hellsing viewers who don't realize Hellsing is based off of Trigun, GunGrave (offspring of Trigun), Devil May Cry, and Vampire Hunter D. Check those out, (all which came out before) then tell me that Hellsing is "original" and I'm the one thats copying. Honestly, in anime, there are about 3 originals, Gundam, Evangelion, Fist of the North Star, and Lupin the 3rd :). More so on that though, they all just bit off of either the Bible or Akira Kurosawa or in Hellsings instance, both and Anne Rice. But what do I know, I just copy stuff. :)

Dont ruin that whole series with the crappy animation,the concept is awesome but the facial animation is horrible.The sound is crisp and in tone.The gun animation is great,but i think whoever animated is not very good with faces.Please get some better animation for the series and it might be a extremely good series
Grr... if you are going to make Hellsing then...
Call it a tribute to Hellsing or something.
It looks nice but I can see you are pretty much ripping ideas of other series like Noir and Hellsing which is not cool.
Try to make something more original.
Other than that I like your work and you have been honest and admitted that it is not based on your own ideas so I am not going to score too low.
Keep it up and try to make a better face, especially the nose and put some blood in the next trailer if you ever make one.

*AHEM...(points to author comments) I'd appreciate it if you read over the comments explaining the inspirational roles of not just Hellsing, but many other animes. And yes, I do have some of my own ideas in the design, but this is an INTRO, name one intro for an anime that TOLD you the story. Beleive me when I say this too, Hellsing is not original and Noir LITERALLY MIMED Trigun in some scenes. I can only assume these are your first two animes but in time you'll realize anime takes cool aspects from other animes to create new animes. Thats why there are so many!
Yeah, I can definitely see the influences.
Although in the end, what it reminded me the most of was Hellsing. Must be the character designs.
Anyway, I really liked the music, as well as the composition. It had style, even if the drawings weren't that great.
