It looked [retty decent to start off with, then it all became random with that one guy shooting off the chain gun.

It really needed to be longer and have a much better plotline, needs more direction.
The first half was fine, then the flash kind of collapsed into several peices.

Interesting, So the guy is some sort of mutant/alien being hunted by ninja. That has promise.
I think you might want to change the title, unless the robo-gun arm guy has a sword too.
Needs more animation, not just moving pictures. Maybe slim down the characters, they look a little round.
Lastly, try to fix the music loop, it's a little uneven. But, a good start I'd say.
