Here is part 4.Make sure you have seen parts 1-3 before viewing this one!
Also make sure you have a fast computer or it will lag like a bitch, and the voices will be off sync.
I hope you enjoy it, and let me know what you think.
Also when it fades to black, its not over, some people have made that mistake! wait till the credits popup.
ps: mentioned this before but will set it in stone here. For the intro only, some of the artwork is traced from real dead people photos, taken from rotten & ogrish to give it a disturbing feel.
This proves one thing...
...that youre at the point where an animation will be as good as the time you;re willing to put into it. It whent through phases of perfection and absolute crap. Try working on a smaller scale, then work up into one piece...this is a very good job done, but it looks rushed in places
You are correct, some spots are rushed and others are not.If I put all my effort into every scene, It would take to long to finish DeadRain.. thanks for the review!
Oh Shit!!!!! that was the coolest shit ive seen, sorta!. fuckin cheese cake man! time to watch the other parts.
...i say that if the violence rating went beuyond '10', i would select, 'through the roof'.
I like these series, i thought it was going to be short since u said it was a set up for 5 and 6. but it turned out to be of satisfactory length.
Cant wait for the next one.
P.S I did expect that all half eaten people would become zombies, and i was right. I want to see how the guy rots into some gruesome thing, but i think he will be killed by the hero, or whatever the blue shirt - black pants guy is...
Impressive Once Again
Once again you have done it. Not only did you make a perfect animation, but in fact progressed and reopened the plot. Who would have though he'd have a knife on him? I don't want to give anything away to the people that have just started watching, but I thought the part with the knife was a bit unrealistic, sorry. It would really depend on how sharp the knife was... But "You gotta do what you gotta do" quote you.
What really interests me is that thing with the eyes that talked and was that guy he bumped into the guy who got eaten by all of those zombies back in part 2 or 3 if I can remember? If so, your full of surprises.
Also, those new charcters seem pretty beefed up, I like that. The one character by himself wouldn't be that mind blowing but it would do the job. Great, now 4 or 5 awesome!
I am dying to see part 5 and beyond, keep up the good work!
By the way, it would run perfect with high quality at 600 - 800 MHz, 256 DDR - 512 SD RAM and any 32 - 64 MB video card. If there is a problem with the sound, try using headphones it could be your speakers. Correct me if I am wrong here.
We are not worthy!
First of all , kudos for letting me to VA'ing on this as Riggs and the "Yessir" dude on the ship. It was fun as hell. Basically, I thought the first 3 were awesome, so I Imed SickDeathFiend and we talked about what his plans were for the future of the series. He wanted VA'ing for parts 4 and onward, and I told him I could do it if he wanted someone. So fortunately he chose me to do Riggs. I hope you peeps thought I did a good job.
As for the movie itself. It was AWESOME. Nice work man. I had no idea what the plot was at all, he just sent me a script. The violence + action + animation was all top notch, this ranks as one of the best looking flashes I"ve ever seen. Just awesome. The music was a great choice too, that looping guitar part added so much to the action. Oh yeah, Acid Bath rules.
This should've been a videogame. It could've been a badass futuristic RE-esque one. That would've rocked. You've got a future in animation dude.
I had to wait for 10 minutes this to load on my 56k. Was it worth it? HELL YES. JUST WATCH IT ALREADY PEOPLE! :P
