If your going to do somethink as simple as sticks, you may as well at least have them hand drawn and frame by framed rather than straight rigid lines with no real gestural movement.

I must say, this could've certainly been far better. There was no dialogue, the animation was very choppy, the only graphics were stick figures, and with the lack of any plot, it got boring very quickly. The main thing is that you probably shold've increased your fps for the first part since it moved far too slowly.
