I liked how the char. flys away at the end that was really nice touch.
maybe you should have added some stuff about his past pains.
and maybe a tear fall from his eyes before he went on.
but thats what I think about your flash.
pretty good overall
but still room for improvement

Altough I really really really would have LOVED to see the guy crushed by a giant object comming out of nowhere... the movie wasn't all bad, good message, but... unfortunatelly bad animation (or interpretation)...

If you wanted constructive critisim, you might would consider animating a walking character that's not sliding through the screen... ^^,
