The Disappearing Wizard

This isn't so much a movie or a game, its a puzzle that is so simple yet fiendishly confusing. So you think you're clever? Give this a go.

I should point out that I didn't invent the original concept of this puzzle, but this is my new version. I've never seen it on Flash before.

Enjoy!

This is an old school trick and I have seen other versions of this concept. The main issue is that you force the player to move puzzle pieces. If you included animation, it would make more sense.

It's been copied.

Are you aware of 'Which Wizard?' ?

I just reviewed that and upon inspecting reviews, it seems to be a copy of this...

Well, as for the review... I'll just copy and paste the one from that, as that dude basically copied everything from your version.

Your graphics are somewhat better though and I like how you actually have back/forward buttons.

Also, I notice that in your version, whilst clicking anywhere on-screen, one of the segments starts moving. The hit-boxes seem somewhat messed up.

+++++ The puzzle instantly captures the imagination.

++++ Had fun working it out.

- Maybe you could have had cleaner lines... maybe some shading...

-- It'd be nice if the segments 'snapped' back in place.

Cool game. Thanks for showing us the crazy little puzzle. May not be original, but props for crediting and for introducing us to it.

14 'heads/hats' on top. 14 feet on bottom. But originally, the 3rd from the right and the yellow one with the brown beard don't 'use up' a thing from the below/above respectively.

Interestingly Brain Twisting

The last noob didn't count them properly lol :D I finally figured it out, you see at the start one of the wizard has no feet on the bottom part, so when you change it over it looks like one has dissapeard. It's just he had no feet witch gives the funny illusion that he's gone.

Love it
I will vote this a 5 :D.

Why all confused

No one ever dissapeared they are still 6 before and after just the row changes and the mind things that someone is missing. Its just the same count them carefully

easy

so easy its the 1 in the purple hat (its legs are covered by a diffrent wizard) so theres just a plank spot on the other piece
