Pasim lev whas somthing the israely goverment made that when you cross the street you can put up you thumb and then the law said that the cars would have to stop.

Pasim Lev dosen't mean pay atention it's pasim which means in hebrew lines (like on the street cross) AND tasim lev wich means pay atention.
