Well you kinda have to know the previous episode to understand. These episodes are based on a guy named Charlie who attempts to preform stunts and fails. It's kind like Jackass. Also in this episode you find out at the end that Charlie's purpose was realy to leur Rikishi to his farm so he could kill him. It does make sense. Watch Guinness World Records ep1.
