To answer a few of the things:
Iron Golem is one of the incorrect answers for the question. Yes, it is from DS1 but the correct answer should be there. If not, I'll do a bit of digging into why that is.
Fixed the misspelling. You got me there.
Earthen Peak was listed twice, should be fixed. Thanks for the report!
Gotta say, Grave of Saints is pretty darn close to the Black Gulch. I've gone ahead and replaced that answer with somewhere farther away. I've also added a few other locations so the incorrect answers could change up for that question.
