Very interesting. I respect the hand drawn animation because it gives the work a very organic feel. However, animation was choppy and scenes seemed pretty fast paced. I would personally draw more frames for more fluid animation, maybe add some voice acting, and if you're going to do stopmotion with drawings I would just practice with black and white without the color. I think you should prioritize on getting animation technique down and I believe black and white would save you a lot of times working on frames. I might recommend flash as well since it would be easier than hand-drawing and using stopmotion to create an animation, but if that's your shtick than I would just do some research on animation, especially cell animation. Keep at it, I'm just hopping back into animation myself and it can be pretty overwhelming to learn, but rewarding when you get there.
