This game has potential but feels quite unfinished in places. The music and art style are really good and I feel like it could be expanded upon a lot.
For adventure mode it would be helpful to have some kind of inventory menu and also to be able to pick up items before the game requires them. The pig screen confused me, I thought I had to stand in one place till the rock was about to hit me, then stun the pig so it hit the pig instead. There is very little direction within the game on what you're actually meant to do other than rescue the cat. (walking is also very clumsy imo)
For runner mode it would be nice to have some kind of stats after you get hit by something and fail (how far you ran, obstacles avoided, etc) instead of just going straight back to the main screen. Also maybe including a jump button to jump over smaller obstacles?
*Spoilers but helpful for people who don't know what to do*
1. Run all the way to the end screen, you have to stand facing the well (so that it's on your right), this should bring up a text message.
2. It is only now that you can interact with the items on the ground, use the shears on the rope after spinning at the pig to daze it.
3. Put rope down the well (you have to stand facing it again)
4. Go find the lantern and candle from the first room (lantern requires assembling in a puzzle thing)
5. Go back to well and rescue kitty.
