Love is equality and works with an object oriented outlook.
What is an object oriented outlook?
Well to know what it is we must know what it's not:
It's not a people oriented outlook as people oriented organizations are by nature hierarchical where object oriented organizations are not.
Other than love our other values are honestly, awareness and responsibility.
