"Please Say Hi" is a pixelated story about a woman going through her daily schedule before New Years which involve working 11:00A.M.-8:50P.M.(1100-2050) along with some minor decision making here and there. The game doesn't offer much in interactivity but thats not its strong suit if anything this is a game of nuances. Though the game is entirely pixelated the picture is still painted right there; you're a single woman living alone in your one bedroom apartment working a 9-5 esque job with little to no fulfillment and it shows on the ending of the game which (Spoiler Alert) she tries killing herself. Though this is very grim outcome to a game the game itself offers a very simple artstyle in pixelation coupled with the ambient noises of dogs yipping, muffled conversations, car alarms blaring in the distance, and the ever present chilling winds along with the soundtrack the game feels very familiar in the sense we've all had this kind of experience, maybe not to a 'T' but for the most part we can feel for our protagonist. There are the small decisions here and there like buying ornaments to decorate your apartment or how you prepare for your day but other than that you as the player are meant to just soak in all the experiences and then have a verdict by the end. "Please Say Hi" is very enjoyable to say the least and though it is lacking a lot in terms of actual gameplay and story whats there is enough to satisfy myself because it left such an emotional impact on me when I first went through it. Overall I'd consider this to be more of an interactive story like Indigo Prophecy(Fahrenheit) where you're just along for the ride rather than controlling anything concrete.

Like the artstyle, simply and pixely but it looks good.
Its nice to see all the people outside doing there stuff!
Music is okay, nothing special.

The story is poor and was seen many times before:
Boring life, wants to kill herself and a dude who hadn't the nuts to say "Hi!"
Pretty uncreative.

But more important, you killed the immersion.
Dont yell at me, when I forget to take my clothes on - just let her "think" something
like "Its cold outside, I should put some clothes on..."

And the letter of the 3. day - whats up with that? spam?
Dont try to be funny if it doesnt fit to the game.

In addition, its sad that there is just nothing on the left side of the street.

My Buglist:
The camera moves faster after pressing SHIFT, but its to slow, so that I'm able
to run out of the camera.

The clock at the office turns to long while pressing space and jumps suddenly
back to the correct time.

In spite of all, the game was good and let me do a second run to try getting another ending,
but I didnt get one :(

Looking forward for your next game :)

Did not a single shower in 3 days! Wooo!
