I did all character animations. I know how to model and rig my own characters. I also created fur for my raccoon seen in the demo reel and composited the Mech humming bird scene.

Are you sure you did all the character animations? On your site it mentions that some of these clips are a result of a multi-animator collaboration. It is important that you distinguish these contributions in your reel somehow, and employers will put this fact under scrutiny.
Otherwise, fantastic work, and I really hope people really do see your potential to provide high quality 3d animated content.
I have that put somewhere? Yes those animations in my demo reel are all my animations. I think any multi collaborations I mention would be just working within a project but still try to only show the animations I fully did. Thank you :)
O if your talking about tab MAP it's I guess collaboration to where each creates a part to a song but we fully animate the section that we got assigned for so those animations are still fully mine just a small part of the song which is why it has title with part number.
You don't find many 3D animation's this well made. The character's move very fluidly and I love the fact that they are fox'es! Its darn adorable! I don't usually give five stars, but I hope there will be more animation's like this one becuse I love this stile!

This is very good, what do you use to make it?
They were done in Maya. However the shot with robot jumping on the other was done with 3 programs Maya, 3DsMax, and Lightwave
Thoese were really well done.
Not the greatest or highest detailed modeling and textures, but excellent 3D work in making the characters move fluidly(which by the title I believe to be your goal)
