Don't know if I did something wrong, but on the level when mom leaves, I died and the game pretty much soft locked. The music cut to light static, but I was able to mute and unmute and it returned. TEGEM won't respawn though. Is there someting I need to do? Or is it just a bug? 3 stars for now.

New Update: Medals reinstated, looks like they work again. Sorry for all the trouble.
Well, maybe it is maybe is not the easiest you will see.
There are in total 36 levels. But in a single run you cannot get them all.
Go through the game avoiding damage that can kill you!
There are many endings...
And a little secret!

Controls: "Arrow keys" to move, "Space" to start the game and skip dialog, "M" or click on the speaker icon to mute.

Update: The game now displays the controls on the title screen, and I put a feature that if you don't/can't skip dialog the dialog disapears after 10 seconds and you gain control again.
Update 2: Some people complain that are getting stuck. Well I didn't want to spoil, I thought the interaction with the "thing" were clear so (Spoilers: If you get stuck on level 17, try backing up and running against the column that shakes the screen several times.) I try to bury this in a long paragraph so can act as an spoiler.
Update 3: When fixing something in level 17 I broke the level, now it's fixed! sorry :(.

Sorry, i think it is an issue with the medals. Some time ago also happened, but it was fixed, I tink I have to remove the medals for the game to work.
The issue is that the first time that you die there is a medal being unloked, and overrides the game somehow.

I made it myself, with a tracker.
It's a very good one, simulates a lot of old systems. I made it using the Master System mode. You can download them (my songs i ment) from my newgrounds page.
I like the art style a lot. This game has a lot of potential for something good. It could use some polishing, but just minor things such as some feedback on the initial screen that doesn't require the user to read the game description to see what to do. Also, after you die, the "......" text box appears to be permanent, which obscures a quarter of the game screen.
Overall, excellent game, but could use some finishing touches, mostly in the form of teaching the user the controls.

Thanks!, It's weird because for me the message goes away normally when I press space and resume the level. I tested in other browsers and without loggin in.
Can you tell me where and how it happens exactly?
