Animation seems rush and stiff at times, the self-inserts(?) was kinda awkward but nevertheless entertaining!
The animation was kinda sloppy. Sometimes his voice would not match with his mouth moving. Plus, the way his arms move just seems weird. I see you have talent with the whole anime artwork, but not too much with animating, at least so far. I have no doubt you will improve. Perhaps seeing tutorials or getting some help from professionals is your best bet. But that's not to say you won't get better without trial and error. That's what I did using Game Maker, Adobe Flash, and Photoshop in School. Anyway, I wish you luck m8
