it's not that i hate it or anything, but these go better either at the art section (gifs are allowed, so you can upload it there) or the dumping grounds

This looks great, but what's the point of submitting something like this?

The three elements of a perfect ninja turtle character design;

1) Color coded masks

2 Different shades of green skin

3) height variation of each ninja turtle

You are missing the third element of the perfect ninja turtle character design; However, This submission is still awesome.

I really love the strong dynamic poses of those turtles running.

The ninja turtles running has a nice line of action to it.

The backgrounds were cool but my attention was entirely on the turtles.

The turtles running animation was more interesting than backgrounds.

I really love the added touch of mikey twirling his nun-chucks while running.

This was a very effective title screen and I can't wait to play this game.
