This again? I honestly thought this was dead. I had no idea that, not only does XxKaijuKingxX (or Asylus, or whatever he's calling himself these days) still do this stuff, but he is apparently popular enough to have fans making the intro for his series.
Don't get me wrong here; this series was never "bad", per se, but it was definitely nothing special. I have a review of one of the episodes, I believe, if you'd like to know why I feel that way.
But I'm getting way off-track here.
This intro was good. Had a nice song to it, and the animation looked very smooth. Not bad. Not bad at all.
However, it follows all the stock anime cliches set forth by every anime ever, and is still a rip-off of SMBZ/DBZ (The Mario Bros. can still go super-saiyan and everything!) I won't take any points off for that. Hell, Alvin Earthworm just made a comeback, so I imagine that I'll be seeing a resurgence in DBZ-like choreography and fights.
Overall, I'd say you've done pretty well here. Congrats. Wish it was a full episode though, so I can see what you can really do, and thus have more to critique, or marvel at.
The only reason you thought that is probably because he keeps on putting the series on hold to work on other projects. I mostly made this for him because he's one of my best friends. He helped me with my animations and others and I did the same for him. ^^;
As for your review hmm..... yea sure, I would really like to know what you think and why do u feel that way. Thx btw, it only took me about a week or two to animate this ^^
This whole "rip off from SMBZ/DBZ" thing is kiiiiinda getting old. There are many animations out there that does the same. I mean, those are everyone's inspiration, especially smbz. Everyone would be lost without alvin.
